Welcome

My growth  journey began years ago and continues to this day. I believe we are constantly growing and changing for the better, toward our highest self.  I used to be insecure, full of self doubt and didn't trust the Universe with all areas of my life. The work I needed to do was on self.

This all changed for me through working with different coaches and mentors over the years,  making my self-growth and healing a priority . I have done inner child work, making self-care a priority, embodying self-love through practical actions and gaining confidence in my ability to lead myself while being self-compassionate. I connect to Spirit as often as possible and fully lean into knowing I am always provided for and then some.

I am confident and know I am meant to hold a safe space for others to get in touch with who they are and where they are going in their life. I can help guide others to create realistic, creative and spiritual goals and help them attain them. I am compassionate but firm so as to challenge folks when they are stuck in their limiting beliefs. I can show folks how to align their soul to find their truth and to move forward in their lives.
