Bio:
Caroline Baird is a Transition, Empowerment and Leadership Coach. She works with individuals to explore their passions, strengthen their confidence, and with organizations, to build the skillset of their teams in this ever changing world. She looks forward to sharing this passion and mentoring people to make great strides towards attaining their dreams, all with humor and grace.
With over 30 years of HR and executive experience for large corporations, Caroline has a knack for making meaningful connections with audiences. She has an appetite for helping others maximize their potential, resulting in more impactful communication, connection and confidence so they can make an influential impression on the world.
Caroline’s down-to-earth style, humour and interactive training, leaves them empowered with tools and mindsets that they will use throughout their life. She is passionate about people, leadership and successful businesses, and is inspired to help people take their careers – and themselves – to unprecedented levels.
Aside from her HRPA designation, she is a Reiki Master, is Integrated Therapy Training (IET) certified, completed The Mode School Somatic Coach program, Martha Beck Wayfinder Coaching Certification, and is a Meditation Facilitator.
When not coaching or training, Caroline can be found spending time in nature, immersed in her healing modalities, listening to classical music, exploring creative outlets and spending time with animals of all kinds.
